Choose a plan when your event is ready to publish
You can create an organisation, prepare an event and build its agenda before publishing. An event needs an eligible plan or approved community access before delegates can use the live booking workflow.
Confently's plans apply to running session bookings for your event. They are separate from the admission ticket price you might charge attendees through another service. Confently does not sell admission tickets or collect delegate ticket payments.
Paid event plans
Commercial, professional and corporate organisers can choose a paid plan from their event's Billing page. The available plans show their current prices and delegate limits there. Check the expected number of delegates and select a plan that fits your event.
Create your draft event, open its Admin area and choose Billing to see the current options. Paid checkout uses Stripe. If you expect attendance to grow, review the available upgrade options before sharing the booking link more widely.
This page explains how to choose a route rather than quoting a price that could become out of date. The Billing screen is the source for the current price, delegate cap and available plans for your event. If you need clarification before setting up an event, email the team.
Free community access
Charities and community event organisers can submit a request from the same Billing page. Explain the event's purpose and audience, then provide a contact email for the decision. Requests are reviewed manually and are subject to approval.
Submitting a request does not automatically publish the event. Once approved, check that community access is shown on Billing, return to the event controls and publish when the agenda is ready. Read more about session booking for charities and community events.
What to prepare before choosing
- Estimate how many delegates will use session booking, rather than only counting sessions.
- Decide which workshops need reservations and which programme items are for everyone.
- Check whether your event needs attendee-list access or can be open to anyone with its link.
- Allow time for a community access review if you are applying for that route.
- Test the agenda and booking instructions before inviting delegates.
The session booking overview shows the workflow, and the organiser guide walks through creating a draft, choosing a plan and publishing an event.
